Ну как «высказались»? Меган призвала всех регистрироваться и голосовать, ну и Гарри добавил несколько слов.

When we vote, our values are put into action, and our voices are heard. Your voice is a reminder that you matter, because you do, and you deserve to be heard.”
Prince Harry added, “As we approach this November, it’s vital that we reject hate speech, misinformation and online negativity.”

Короче говоря, у нас теперь высказаться за всё хорошее против всего плохого (reject hate speech, misinformation and online negativity) означает наезд на Трампа. Что, в общем-то, вполне справедливо.
Точно так же, как если вы видите где-либо призыв “Vote!”, вы с вероятностью 99% знаете, за кого именно человек будет голосовать.
