Вначале Президент отвечает на вопрос о Брекзите:
I’m not going to comment on Brexit. I can tell you it’s a very complex thing that’s going on right now, it’s tearing the country apart, it’s actually tearing a lot of countries apart. And it’s a shame that it has to be that way but I think we will stay right in our lane. We’re doing fantastically as a country. Our economy is booming, we’re the envy of the world. Other economies are not doing well and we’re doing record business. So we’re very happy about that. And it’s really great to have the prime minister of Ireland with us."
Какие именно “lot of countries” это “tearing apart”? Да впрочем о чём это я…
Потом Трамп говорит конкретно о том, как он за день до референдума, находясь в Шотландии в своём гольф-клубе, «предсказал» результаты:
Well I was. It wasn’t that I was a supporter, I predicted it was going to happen and I was right. And people laughed when I predicted it. And they won by about two points. And I was standing out on Turnberry and we had a news conference and people were screaming, that was the day before if you remember, I think you were there and people were screaming and I said, ‘No I think it’s going to happen.’ And people were surprised I made the prediction because President Obama made the opposite prediction. And I was right.

Ни Трамп, ни Обама никогда не делали никакого «предсказания» о результатах. В частности, за день до референдума в программе “Fox Business” тогда-кандидат Трамп сказал:
“I don’t think anybody should listen to me because I haven’t really focused on it very much,” Trump told Maria Bartiromo.
“My inclination would be to get out, because you know, just go it alone,” he continued. Trump has previously said British voters should choose to leave the EU.
Trump added that the results of the vote “doesn’t have any effect on me.”
“I also tell people: ‘Don’t go with the recommendation, because it’s a recommendation that I would make, but that’s where I stand,’” he said.

Я уже давно немного вздрагиваю каждый раз, когда кто-то употребляет выражения типа «Трамп решил», «политика Трампа», «бюджет Трампа» и.т.п. Сам я всегда стараюсь говорить в таких случаях «Администрация Трампа».
