While searching today for Cucusoft Ultimate DVD and  Video Converter Suite, found a strange search result, apparently ranked higher than the original Cucusoft web site:

What is this, really? Seems like a complete copy of the original site. Selecting “buy” redirects you to https://www.regnow.com/… (while featuring logo of DownloadAtoZ.com), while original site is using services from https://secure.shareit.com/ to process payments).

This looks a smells like a typical fishing site, but how come no one complained, yet?
